When Buddha was asked to explain his teachings in a few words, he picked up a flower and held it high above his head. What that meant was there is nothing else in existence except space and form. There is nothing else to understand except our own form within the space. That leads us to communication because, without communication, we cannot find a clear understanding of space, as subtlety, and form, as concrete. Words as a bridge between subtle and concrete underline communication and its many forms of creative channels. No matter what channel we will choose to work with, it will lead us to success. Communication and understanding of both, subtle and concrete, are important. However, Yoga points towards “short cuts”, like finding the Mantra within. Mantra, in turn, awakens every form, balances them, and brings one toward Sattva while creating a clear passage between both while never disregarding concrete. Yoga points out that our physical form is the door to subtlety, but to be able to enter and explore subtlety through this door, we need a healthy, relaxed, and energized physical form. Throughout these pages, one can find helpful practices, examples, and experiences of those who have found this beautiful communication and learned how to keep these channels open while teaching others. And finally, one will come to the very essence of communication between subtle and concrete, and will learn about the rays of consciousness as well as how to understand them. As for me, my ray is the ray of harmony. I enjoy bringing forward its divine nature through words, and I enjoy sharing this with others.
Time to Change Life
Who is this man that I see in the mirror?
Unhappy and chased by the pitiless fears
He neglected the time that passes by
Ruthlessly taking the years of his life
A shout came straight from the heart
Driving away pain and clearing his mind
Radiant joy raced through man’s heart
Making time stop to enjoy breathe of life
Money and power I chased through the years
Thoughts of women filled the rest of my time
Life wasn’t festive and didn’t deliver
A joy, but was I searching for it real hard?
A shout came straight from the heart
Driving away pain and clearing mind
Radiant joy raced through man’s heart
Making time stop to enjoy breathe of life!
Time passing by, no return to past time
Life short and gone, it ends in no time
Time to change life, let’s not waste the time
Let’s find a joy and dance with life!
