About
Energy… Love… Peace… Acceptance… Forgiveness…
These are an essence of our happiness.
To get to this “place” we need tools, but we don’t need to look somewhere unknown to find them. In fact, they are right in front of us, or rather within. Elements are what make our existent form. So, why not to use same to heal what is not working with parts that this form is made up of?
Amrita Eiehm is a student of Alaya and a dedicated follower of Raja Yoga for over 20 years, and works with and teaches people who are looking to change their life as well. Stress Management and Personal Development through spirituality is the main foundation of her teachings, while healing sessions are applied to benefit the physical and energy aspects. Amrita works one-on-one as well as in group settings.
The theories that lay the foundational groundwork for her teachings come from Esoteric Schools, like Raja Yoga, (Patanjali Sutras), Zen, Tao, Tantra, and Vedanta. Through the use of many of the various practices and techniques she is knowledgeable in, she has the ability to increase relaxation and interpret dreams. She also has the ability to explain and walk step-by-step towards cleansing one’s karma as well as teach breath work, sound, and body movement – all of which she has mastered through her extensive studies with Alaya, and through various schools during her travels.
Exploring Sound in-depth through the knowledge of her teacher, Alaya, and the world of crystals in Brazil, she combines the power of crystals and the power of sound into one powerful energy flow, which is guided by the Soul’s Light.
Since 2005, she has been an active supporter of the Healing Center in Abadiania, Brazil, and offers Crystal Healing Bed Sessions in Kingston, in a warm and loving environment with plenty of parking space.
As of 2011 she is on the road of completing her Masters in the Art of Spirituality at Wisdom University, combining depth of spirituality and our ever progressing mastery of intellect.
In 2011 Amrita finished and published her ebook, Journey into the Unknown, where she offers her own thoughts, experiences, and insights of places, and teachings, offering practices as alliances. She explains that Journey into the Unknown was written to illustrate how everything is within one’s own mind. In essence, we can destroy ourselves by thinking from a shut cocoon that is formed through our own perception, which takes place within our mind; or, we can choose to be happy by changing our ways of thinking and, in effect, change our actions and responses. We can see our life as an adventure or we can see it as God’s punishment. We can approach it as another step in our evolution or we can continue living in a sedated state while ignoring our inner voice, which motivate us to get off the couch, open the door, step through it and say hello to the world around us, inner and outer; all while saying goodbye to any anxiety that may be presenting itself as a barrier and holding us back.
In June of 2013, Amrita graduated from Wisdom University with a Masters of Art Degree in Wisdom Studies, and her newly written work, Words As the Bridge Between Subtlety and Physical Existence is currently available in eBook format, which one can find on this website. Words are a powerful method of communication that describes one’s feelings and inner thoughts: telling one’s thoughts can present a vision of peace, compassion and understanding that creates a bridge between Heaven and Earth, or create turbulences without any resolution. Words As the Bridge Between Subtlety and Physical Existence underlines both, highlighting qualities they create, and shows creative channels-methods that already exist enabling one to switch from negative to positive thinking and find that healthy, joyful, and fulfilling style of life. After all, practicing what we speak does lead to the right result, but speaking without practice does not take you far because, eventually, people will notice that nothing stands behind the words.
We should never forget the main message of Yoga–“We cannot reach the goal by mere words alone. Without practice, nothing can be achieved,” explains Patanjali in Yoga Sutras. However, he also explains, “If you are unsettled and anxious get result, you are already disturbed; nothing done with that disturbed mind will have quality. So, it is not only how long you practice, but with what patience, what earnestness and what quality also.”
